OUR STORY

Triton Boutique Hotel was built in 1980 and was known as the "Knights' Hotel - Chevalier"), one of the most characteristic hotels on the island, which was abandoned and remained out of operation for several years. It was bought by the family business of Irini Svynou in 2003 and was immediately completely renovated and reopened, with a new name, as Hotel "TRITON". It soon became a favourite thanks to its the Italian restaurant, that operates as one of the best restaurants on the island.
